Staff Team
Grahame Flynn
Responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and management of the organisation.
Tess Barrett
Playing an active part in shaping services for the future at the same time supporting the CEO to determine the strategy for the coming years.
Jennie Benham
Responsible for delivery of Devon in Sight Services, taking a lead on external marketing communications, which includes maintaing the website and our Information, Advice and Guidance Service.
Louise Millington
Louise provides the day-to-day delivery of the Information, Advice and Guidance Service through our Customer Helpline and website.
Mandy Darling BSc (Hons)
Mandy will engage with the local community and businesses to enable them to become supporters of Devon in Sight through events and campaigns.
Fiona Hess
Fiona provides visual support for our Community Engagement and Fundraising Officer Mandy Darling.
Pepsi Darling
Pepsi’s primary role is to help Mandy get around safely. It’s a relationship built on teamwork and trust.
