Following last year’s successful charity golf day when Linden Homes raised over £8,000, their South West region has got a date in the diary for a second outing.
In 2013 the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and Rowcroft Hospice each took a share of the pot but this year it's the turn of two new good causes to benefit.
The golf day will be on Friday May 16th and the funds raised will go towards Children’s Hospice South West and Devon In Sight.
Linden Homes are hoping for a big response from local groups and businesses to get involved in the fun and games, plus an evening meal, and generate some much-needed cash.
Linden Homes South West managing director Nigel Palmer said: “Everyone did so well raising money for two very good causes last year that we wanted to do it all over again to help two other community groups.
As a housebuilder, we’re focussed of delivering high quality properties – but we never forget that a home needs a thriving neighbourhood around it.”
