Are you visually impaired and looking for employment?

The Royal National College for the Blind are recruiting adults for the Residential Training Programme to start in January.  The programme offers adults of working age the opportunity to train in a range of courses that can meet realistic working expectations, both for the trainee and potential employers.

Focussing on six key training areas, there is a range of skills and employment options that can be utilised by people who are looking to be part of the nation’s workforce. Individualised timetables mean that you may choose to retrain and forge a new career or simply adapt your working practices to a new or changing eye condition.

An important element of the Work Ready programme is regular work experience; allowing you to build upon the training you receive at RNC whilst having the support of knowledgeable teachers.
