Emotional Support Call - An informal chat about how you are feeling
This service provides an opportunity for you to talk in confidence to one of our Team, about how you are feeling, and ways to keep well over the coming months. Information and guidance to help support you will be given.
You will also be able to discuss options for further support or counselling to those who would find it helpful.
Counselling
We currently have a waiting list for counselling and until the list has reduced, we cannot take anymore referrals.

If you need formal counselling support we are delighted to be able to offer a number of free one-hour counselling sessions. These sessions may be over the phone, or using Zoom or be in person if this is deemed necessary.
Sessions are being delivered, by a number of local counsellors who have received training and who are accredited with the RNIB.
