I have a very rare condition and I can’t even remember the correct name but it mean I only have 6% vision in one eye.
My working life started in a warehouse as logistics manager for a large tile provider. I then progressed into management and then director for the same company. This gave me an insight to the world of tiling and also how to manage people. Of course my sudden sight loss meant an end to this particular career. I am on the Forum to represent this of us with sight loss who are looking to go back in to the world of work.
