Eye Health Needs Assessment Focus Group – Working Age
If you would like to register to take part in the Eye Health Needs Assessment Focus Group to discuss experiences of using local eye health services, it will take place:
Venue: Living Options Devon, Ground Floor, Unit 3-4, Cranmere Court, Lustleigh Close, Exeter EX2 8PW
Date: Wednesday 27th May 2015
Time: 3pm until 5pm
For people who are travelling a long distance, we are happy to refund £5 to cover the cost of a sandwich lunch.
Travel expenses will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer. If you are using public transport or taxis, please keep copies of receipts.
