South Hams Eye Health Needs Assessment Focus Group
If you would like to register to take part in the Eye Health Needs Assessment Focus Group to discuss experiences of using local eye health services, it will take place:
Venue: The Henlake Room, The Watermark, Erme Court, Leonards Road, Ivybridge PL21 0SZ
Date: Tuesday 12th May 2015
Time: 12.00 noon until 3.15 pm
There is a limit of 12 places, so hurry if you would like to take part.
A light sandwich lunch will be provided between 12-1pm.
Travel expenses will be refunded by cheque or bank transfer. If you are using public transport or taxis, please keep copies of receipts.
