Molly has Usher Syndrome type 2- this means Molly was born severely deaf, then at the age of 12 she was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) an eye condition that causes night blindness, glare blindness and tunnel vision. The condition is progressive and to date there is no cure.
Molly hasn’t let her condition stop her from producing art work and she has just produced her first children’s book called ‘Frog,Froggy and Froggit’ about a group of frogs who discover that one of their friends needs to wear glasses but is too shy to wear them.
