Alan, a severely sight impaired client from West Devon was keen to increase his cooking skills and repertoire of meals.
With Community Support Worker, Rebecca Springbett, he travelled to Frogmore near Kingsbridge, where he spent the day preparing Chicken Chasseur, Cauliflower Cheese and Bread and Butter pudding under the instruction of Jo Parsons from Jo's Kitchen. Jo, who is sight impaired herself is passionate about passing on her skills to others.
A great day was had by all!!
