On Tuesday 7th October the Brixham Blind Club Ten Pin Bowlers took part in a fundraiser for the RNLI, organised by PALM 105 FM.
18 Sighted Teams of 6 took part and their team were 8th Overall, despite the Sight issue!
The Team Members were Chris Sumner, George Sharpe, Ian & Lorna Townsend, Adrian Adams and Mike Levy.
A great night was had by all and a fantastic £1, 800 was raised . Palm FM interviewed Brixham Blind Clubs Team and they were keen to support any events they had planned in the future, plus Palm FM gave Brixham Blind Club a good plug on the Breakfast Show by Matt Brogan about the work being done by the Club in Torbay.
