SWAN operates as an informal CEO network to support the development and delivery of services and support to people with sight loss across the South West region.
Through the network we share ‘back office’ solutions, policies and best practice, raise awareness of the voluntary sector with health and social care organisations, lobby for the improvement of sight loss services across the region, and encourage joint working and knowledge sharing between our staff teams.
SWAN also operates as the South West Regional Group for Visionary; a national association for the sight loss sector.
